Thais Barbieri
Hello and welcome!
I am Thais, a facilitator of profound transformations , committed to guiding you towards a full and authentic life. With 36 years of life experience, 13 years of studies focused on human behavior and 9 years of experience in large corporations in Brazil, including the renowned ESPM college, I dedicated myself to human development, creating training programs that impacted different hierarchical levels
My commitment to courage, authenticity, transparency, love and knowledge forms the basis of my work. My personal journey of awakening consciousness began in 2013 and was intensified in 2015 after my first exchange. It was at that moment that my company "Sai do Ninho" came to life, reflecting my own transformation.
Since then, I have sought to deepen my understanding and my practice, delving into holistic trainings such as Thetahealing, Deeksha Giver, Reiki, Aura Reading, Radionic Table, Sacred Feminine, work with Chakras, Sensed Body Therapy, Systemic Intelligence Training and much more. My quest for knowledge took me to Australia where I continued to expand my horizons and trainings such as Angelic Reiki , Breathwork, Community Service , Transgenerational Trauma, Polarities, Relationships and more.
In a search for a life with more meaning, Thaís went through many deconstructions and could understand, as she walked, how much all her life and work experiences were fundamental pieces of the puzzle that would allow her to do what she loves today. And the journey has been long.
Born in Barueri, from a simple family, the eldest daughter of Valdeci and Dirce, Thais since she was little loved playing school, being a teacher, drawing, creating, presenting. I would organize parties with friends so that they would do some presentation, whether it was a dance or something with the right to cake and sweets.Today, she loves to create her own events in a unique and loving way, bringing a little bit of that child along.
After high school, where she graduated as a computer technician, after her internship as a computer lab technician, she can then work as a computer teacher at a private school where she initially started as a saleswoman. There, at 18, with his first private students and first class, he already knew thatborn to share and teach something.
A few months later, seeking a better life and being able to financially afford to pay for his college since he would not be able to make a public one, he worked in a car insurance call center, where after starting his college in Human Resources Management, he entered in an internal selection process for the Human Resources area at the same company where he worked for almost 8 years. It started in the Personnel Department where he saw that thereit wasn't your placeand after a year he migrated toso dreamed up Training and Development area where his great leap took place.

And in these changes, the desire to make his big dream of living abroad only increased. It took a few years for it to become a reality. First he came to live in Europe (Malta) for a month and that was then born, from this transformative experience, Sai do Ninho where you can follow more in the first episode of Sai do Ninho Cast. There, after returning home, a great transformation began and the search for a more meaningful life began with even greater strength and then in the holistic world he found his answers. He found his way and began the journey back to his essence.
